O2 contract really good deal ?

Hi, I have an o2 contract i need to get rid off due to moving out from country. Contract is 27 per month, I had it last 5 years, and it includes: 300 minutes to any network, 500 o2 to o2 minutes, unlimited texts and 500mb internet. can change the internet to 100mb, will reduce the monthly payments to 24 (can boost it up to 1000mbf for xtra 4). I am giving a Nokia Lumia 800 with it. Phone is in a really good condition, no scratches, works 100% fine. its a really good deal, as its not expensive for what you get. HERE WE HAVE MY SISTERS IPHONE WHICH SHE LOST SO REPORTED IT LOST THEN FOUND IT 2 WEEK LATER. IPHONE 4 16GB IT IS BLOCKED BY ORANGE IT WAS JAILBROKEN SO HAS ALL THE CYDIA AND INSTALLOUS ALREADY ON.
